Admission and prices

Grand World’s public streets and waterfronts can be explored without a separate admission ticket. This does not make every activity or service free. Colors of Venice is listed as temporarily suspended in the ticket seller’s notice, so a walk around the complex does not guarantee a water show.^1,2

Paid activities: gondola rides along the canal, tickets to the evening theatrical production The Quintessence of Vietnam and admission to Teddy Bear Museum.²

Main locations and attractions

The canal and gondolas (“Little Venice”):

The central canal is lined with colourful European-style buildings, photogenic bridges and strolling avenues.²

A Venetian gondola ride along the canal costs ~200,000 ₫ per trip.²

Bamboo Legend:

A grand eco-structure beside the main entrance, built entirely from bamboo stems.^1,2

The ethnic village and cultural complex:

A traditional Vietnamese-style space with park sculptures and craft shops.

During the day, approximately 10:00 to 16:00-17:40, entry to the ethnic village grounds is free. Mini-performances take place here, and you can have photographs taken in traditional ao dai costumes.^1,2

Teddy Bear Museum:

An interactive museum with a huge collection of teddy bears in various historical and fairy-tale guises.

Night market, restaurants and casino:

The town has a night market, numerous seafood restaurants, chain cafés and shops.²

Nearby is Corona Casino, the island’s only legal casino.¹

Grand World’s main evening shows

Colors of Venice / Sắc Màu Venice:

Price: free.

Colors of Venice is listed as temporarily suspended in the ticket seller’s notice. There is no confirmed restart date. Do not plan around its old evening timetable; check the programme with the venue.²

The Quintessence of Vietnam / Tinh Hoa Việt Nam:

Price: ~300,000 ₫ for adults, ~230,000 ₫ for children.²

Time: the main evening production runs from 20:15 to 21:00.²

Format: a large theatrical show with hundreds of performers, moving sets and lighting effects, telling the story of Vietnam’s 4,000-year history and traditions. The stage is near the Bamboo Legend bamboo building.²

Getting there

VinBus routes 17, 19 and 20: since 1 January 2026, the standard fare is VND 20,000 within one zone or to an adjacent zone, and VND 50,000 for a full journey. An eligible VinWonders, Safari or Grand World ticket may qualify for a free QR-code ride: confirm eligibility and conditions with the carrier before boarding.^1,2

Tourist electric carts and tuk-tuks in Grand World are paid services: agree on the fare and route before boarding. They are different from the complex’s free internal bus shuttles.^1,2

The ideal visit, hour by hour

15:30-17:00 - Arrive on VinBus 17/19, stroll around the ethnic village while admission is free and take photographs beside the Bamboo Legend bamboo castle.^1,2

17:00 - 19:30: walk to the beach and along the Venice canal, or use a paid tourist tuk-tuk; optionally take a gondola ride and have dinner.^1,2

20:15-21:00 - Watch The Quintessence of Vietnam cultural and historical show.²

After dinner, stroll along the illuminated streets and canal or return to your hotel. Colors of Venice is listed as temporarily suspended in the ticket seller’s notice, so waiting for the lake show is not part of this itinerary.
